Gift cards for this webstore are available in different amounts. Please select your chosen amount using the relevant menu options. After purchase, you will be sent an email with a unique gift card code and instructions on how to use it. The email subject is “Your gift card is ready”.

Once received you may then forward the email to the recipient or send the gift card link via SMS or messenger. This link can be found by clicking the "View Gift Card" button in the email. The page at this link will contain all the necessary information for purchase including a link to this webstore where the card can be applied, the current gift card balance, and instructions on how to use it.

The recipient can then use the gift card to pay for any products available in this store. To redeem it, they should enter the card code from the email to the field at checkout.

Actual printed Willow & Twigg gift cards are now also available if required for presentation purposes, in either a luxury foiled gift box or a printed card wallet.

A gift card may be used in multiple orders until it’s fully redeemed. The remaining balance can be seen by clicking the "View Gift Card" button in the email or after a gift card is applied at checkout. If the final chosen order total is more than the gift card amount, the recipient can pay the remaining balance using whichever store payment method they prefer.

Please note - only one gift card may be redeemed per order . If you wish to purchase a card with an amount not shown as an option here, please get in touch rather than purchase multiple cards in different amounts. I can then create a single card listing for the value you require.
