Keep a little piece of the sea with you wherever you go! This solid silver seashell pendant is handcrafted using a mould taken from a real cockle shell that I found on my local beach down at Stokes Bay, on the Solent in Hampshire.

Beautifully tactile and with a lovely weight, it captures all the details of the original beachcombed treasure and is a necklace that any mermaid would be delighted to wear!

Measuring approximately 20mm wide and 7mm at the highest point of the curve, it has been oxidised with a patina to bring out the details in the pattern before being polished back to a soft shine.

Paired with an 18"/45cm classic belcher chain, it's a lovely reminder of summer days, sandy toes and all the delights of the ocean!

*Each individual shell is handcrafted from the same mould, but due to the techniques used in making them the resulting pendants may differ slightly from the photographs. This is the nature of handmade jewellery and means that every one is unique!

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Due to weight and value, each necklace will be carefully gift wrapped and presented in a ribbon-tied cardboard gift box. All items are sent in mailing boxes, mailing bags or padded envelopes as appropriate.

Shipping within the UK is already included via Royal Mail's ‘Tracked 24’ service (delivery estimate within 2-3 working days), with an optional upgrade to an express 'Special Delivery' service available at checkout for an additional charge (delivery estimate 1-2 working days).

I always aim to despatch all orders on the same or next working day that they are received, so any upgrade in postage chosen by a customer will be for the purposes of achieving higher priority within the Royal Mail system itself, rather than a faster processing time from me as a seller.
