These lovely lariat necklaces are part of The Willow Collection; a unique and stylish range of handcrafted sterling silver jewellery, all featuring a circular hammered hoop design that is inspired by a wreath of willow twigs.

Sold individually and available in two different lengths and two different finishes, these unusual and contemporary necklaces are each handcrafted from a layered wire ring of solid sterling silver which has been twisted and hammered for texture and just a little sparkle, and secured by a length of silver chain to a rectangular hammered silver bar.

The bar is simply wrapped around the ring and allowed to hang free at the bottom, giving the necklace a secure fastening and adjustable length. I would recommend wrapping the chain around at least one full time to ensure it is held in place.

The ring element of this design measures approximately 22mm across in diameter, and the bar at the other end is 25mm long and 3.2mm wide. The shorter length necklace (as shown in the photos) is approximately 48cm (19") in total length, whilst the longer version is 59cm (23").

The necklaces are available in two different finishes - a traditional bright and shiny polished finish, and a darkened oxidised finish which gives a more aged antique appearance. Please select your preferred length and finish from the menu on the left of the page.

The longer length version is also fully hallmarked by the Assay Office London, due to the higher weight of silver. If these are ever showing as out of stock then it is likely I am awaiting their return from being stamped, so please get in touch if you wish to reserve one!

These necklaces are comfortable and easy to wear, and a great option for anyone who may struggle with closing and opening traditional clasps.
